Logging In

If you already have an account with us, here are a few simple steps to access your account:

• Visit the Login Page: Click here to go to the login page.

• Enter Your Credentials: In the provided fields, enter your username/email and password.

• Access Your Dashboard: After entering your credentials, click on the 'Login' button. You will be directly taken to the dashboard, where you can start exploring Pinewheel Copilot.

Pinewheel Copilot will soon introduce sign-in with Google Authentication for an improved access experience.

Signing Up

New to Pinewheel Copliot? We're glad you're here! Signing up is just as easy:

• Visit the Sign-Up Page: Click here to to begin the sign-up process.

• Fill in the Details: Provide the necessary information in the sign-up form, such as your name, email address, and a password of your choice.

• Agree to Terms and Conditions Policy: Before proceeding, make sure to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions Policy.

• Complete Registration: After filling in your details and agreeing to the terms, click the 'Register' button to proceed.

• Verify Your Email: After submitting the form, please check your email for a verification link to activate your account.

• Welcome Aboard!: Once your email is verified, your account is active. Log in and start your experience with Pinewheel Copilot.

Forgot Password

• Visit the Forgot Password Page: Use this link to navigate directly to the forgot password section.

• Provide Your Information: Enter your registered email address in the designated field.

• Check Your Email: Look for an email from us with the subject "Password Reset Instructions" and open it. You will be provided with a link in the email, click on the link to navigate to the Forgot Password Page.

• Reset Your Password: Follow the link in the email to reset your password, then choose a new password.

• Confirm New Password: Confirm the new password you have entered.

• Log In Again: With your new password set, return to the login page to access your account.

Logout

To sign out of PineWheel Copilot, please navigate to the 'Settings' located in the upper-right corner of the interface. Herein, you will find the option to log out.
